I am currently looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease; it ends May 31st. There's also the possibility of signing the lease for the full year. It's a two bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. It has a window cooler and the heating is radiator heaters that are mounted along the lower part of the walls. They work very well and have a knob that can control how much heat they produce. The apartment is all electric, no gas, and our electric bill has been roughly $100/month. It's right behind the VASA fitness and it's in a good little apartment complex. The maintenance are very good and get things done quickly. It comes with washer and dryer hookups but I have a set in there which I'd include with the apartment for $50. The deposit is going to be $200; I paid $440 for the deposit but only $240 is refundable. The application fee is $35.00 which is submitted to the apartment landlords.
