Rent is to be paid promptly on or before the 1st of the month. No pets, animals, smoking or vaping permitted on entire property. Renter insurance is required and proof that utilities are turned on in new tenants name before keys are given to new tenant. A good applicant should have not any bankruptcies, charge offs, felonies, evictions, or collection accounts. Income should be sufficient to be able pay rent and bills.
