This beach style house is full of positive energy. Living here will let you feel like your on vacation every single day! There is plenty of natural light and a spacious backyard to enjoy. Pacific Beach Drive comes to life every single day with friendly neighbors saying hello, dog walkers enjoying the neighborhood, and tourists biking from camp land. The backyard is your own little paradise lush with palm trees and grass. House has a tankless water heater. Outside washer and dryer. Solar panels on roof will cover most of your electric bill. Bathrooms and Kitchen have tile floors, while all bedrooms have a wood floor laminate. Front yard has nice dry scape design with fake turf and succulents. Plenty of off street parking. Looking to rent to nice and responsible family or group of friends. House is available beginning of November. 1 year lease. Deposit due with first months payment. House has solar panels on roof which will cover most of energy use. However if you use more than what is produced, tenant is responsible for remaining balance when SDG&E has true up period. House has dry scape throughout. Also has a tankless water heater. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Backyard has a lot of trees, tenant must agree with landscaper coming in twice a month to mow lawn and trim trees.
