This is an ADU Utilities not included. You will need to fill out a form for credit score and background check with a fee. The deposit will also be the security deposit. We accept couples but only one guarantee drive way space. We only charge by space, so additional partner will not be charged. Street parking is available but there is street sweeping. We can accept a cat/small dog but there is a $25/month pet fee. No smoking allowed inside. Only 1 drive way space allocated. No smoking allowed.
