Washer/Dryer new model. Covered garage large enough for most vehicles available, I park in driveway or street. I cook and keep the place pretty clean and neat, would expect the same. No smoking. Half of rent is $1425 plus about $100-125 in utilities. Pets are fine, I have one female cat who is very out of the way, and I clean her litter box daily. Deposit is also $1425.
