Great home for a Carpenter or Re-modeler, Needs A LOT of touch up. Has had leaks, master bath redone due to a huge leak into the garage, floor joists had to be repaired and more from rotting. Rear covered deck is illegal and not up to code, to close to property line. Neighborhood Description Great except for the guy out back in the Cul- de-sac that watches all the little girls while he is sitting in his garage. Watch out for cats, some you have to remove from this property...to another neighborhood or even to another state like Wyoming! Great place for the kids to party in the park until 2-4 am at the picnic shelter, then vandalize it all.
