The fenced yard yard has a grill and a fire pit. The Perch on the Pond is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, bedding, towels, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven TV, and hair dryer. Utilities are included in the rental. The Perch sits next to ABC lake which is under renovation for a sink hole that was found earlier this year so lake activities may not be possible for a few months until it is refilled and stocked with fish again. The property manager lives a few miles away and is available for any issues that may arise. We are renting out the property for minimum 1 month and maximum 3 month stays.
