Quite out of town living. A couple blocks from a well rounded school. 10 minutes from the west side of Decatur. Large lot to the west to use for any outdoor activity. Some pets will be allowed. Just ask and be honest about how many and what you have. Water and trash are paid for by owner. No smoking in the building we care about our neighbors. A/C and heaters are tested before each season to ensure you do not have any problems. Plenty of parking if you choose to have company over.
