Definitely one of the most affordable and very nice condominiums in the City of Wilmington. 1880 Superfine Lane has beautiful views of the Brandywine River. Very good bike paths and walking paths are very close to this community. When you take a look at this condo, you will be amazed at how nice it is and I'm sure you'll want to move right in. BTW, Superfine Lane is FHA approved and it is pet friendly. It is also very easy to get into the major business areas of Wilmington and the Brandywine Park is right up the Brandywine River. You'll love the Brandywine Zoo and the annual Brandywine Art Show is fantastic! You can actually do some fishing here too. Lets talk about Unit #30. It has lovely neutral paint throughout and has beautiful hardwood floors on the main level. You'll appreciate the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen as well as the Corian countertops. My favorite area is the large Great Room that overlooks the Brandywine. Not only that, it has a great view of the large City of Wilmington Buildings. Upstairs, there is good newly installed carpet, replaced windows and more excellent views. The master suite has a very nice walk-in closet and good space as well as a remodeled tiled master bathroom. Added bonus is the separate deeded parking space in the secure garage, located close to the elevator for convenience.
