    Wonderful location, in Flood Zone X, on a corner lot in The Lake at White Oak subdivision. Large lot with a fully fenced in back yard and beautiful lush landscaping. This home has been very well kept up over the years. The 5-ton Rheem furnace was replaced in 2002. The 14,000-gallon fiberglass pool was added in 2004. The energy efficient windows from Window World has a transferrable warranty. The roof was replaced with architectural shingles in 2006. The exterior of the home was painted in 2013.
