We charge $1200 for smaller unit and $1300 for the larger unit. This gated community in in North Las Vegas, in a nice area and comes with pool & spa. For the larger unit, we just installed new flooring, brand new kitchen cabinets, a new Fridge, a new Dishwasher and a brand new stove. Smaller unit just got brand new Stove. We do verify income. We look for 3 x monthly rent in income. Owner pays for water, sewer, HOA fees, landscaping and trash. Tenants pay all other utilities including electricity and gas.
