There is only one parking spot and the nearest street parking is a block and a half away. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, a pet deposit of $1300 will be required. Renter is responsible for snow shoveling of the area immediately surrounding the unit and the unit's parking space. Occasional assistance with taking the trash to the curb, etc. will be discussed upon lease signing.
