Below are some of the guidelines in our policy manual for renting this apartment: A. Eviction within the last 4 years is automatic disqualification. Co-signer not an option. B. You can not owe another landlord money within the past 7 yrs. Automatic disqualification. Unless Paid in full within 24hrs of submitting application. C. You can not be a sexual offender or have certain criminal convictions. Ask for details if you fall into this category. Automatic disqualification. Cosigner not an option. D. You must gross 3.5 times the monthly rent and be employed in Central Ohio. E. Applicants with a TransUnion credit score below 600 will be required to get cosigner or pay last month in advance. F. All applicants 18 and over must complete an application and pay the fee. G. If you are not a U.S. Citizen we require a copy of your Passport or Visa. 2. A copy of your driver's license is needed. We prefer to receive that upon receipt of your application. If this is not possible, we must receive it at the lease signing. 3. Completed applications are processed in the order received. To be complete, the application must be filled out in full and signed with a paid application fee. Faxed applications are not complete until the fee is received.
