Renter is responsible for any smoke damage that occurs inside the home including replacement of drywall, primer and paint. -Lease agreement will be for 1 calendar year and go month to month thereafter, with 30 days notice to vacate. To break a lease, there will be a fee of 1 months rent. No subletting.
