Great Cypress Exterior Home that is cypress wood throughout. The rooms are large and there is a mother in law area in the back with a separate entrance and lock on the door. It too has hardwoods under the vinyl flooring. The sink is in place for a kitchen but needs shelves for a microwave or small stove. Propane tank stays with the home also a small freezer. The home is being sold "AS_IS" . This is an estate sale with no repairs being made. Window AC/heat units for the front of the home but the fireplaces have been closed off. There is a place in the front room where a propane tap is for a wood stove to heat home. No central heat. The home needs a bit of TLC but otherwise it would make a great home. Handicap accessible with a ramp and bathroom access. Two car covered carport adjacent to the home. One small room could be a library, craft room or a sitting room between two bedrooms. Living area has nice hardwoods on the floor and the ceiling. Some rooms have ceder closets. There is also a nice walk in pantry and the mud room / Laundry room is the full length of the house with a door to the outside.
