Washer and gas dryer hook ups. Very quiet / nice neighbors. I own this rental and I maintain it myself. I pride myself in keeping a nice well maintained house for my tenant. Snow removal is not included however this house has no sidewalk so it's really up to you if you want to do the snow. The city picks up the trash once a week and a garbage can and recycling can is included.
