Private room with private bathroom, bed and dresser included. No animals of any kind are allowed in the house. No pets in the house. Smoking or drinking alcohol is not allowed in the house (wine is permitted, if it doesn't lead to intoxication). No overnight guests, unless they are family members and it has been discussed in advance. Rent is a month-to-month. A sixty (60) day notice is required before moving out, or deposit will be forfeit. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, paid in cash or by electronic transfer.
