The carpets have been newly shampooed. The rent is $900/month which INCLUDES utilities, high speed internet, and washer / dryer access. There is a fully refundable deposit of $900 when you move in. Looking for a 1 year lease to start and we can extend it if everyone is happy with how things are going. The other tenants have been here for over 3 years. We are located 10 minutes from the 78 freeway, CSSM and Palomar College. No parties, no pets, no overnight guests, no drugs, and only 1 person per room. I will be doing a full background and credit check. We are looking for a clean and quiet person who mostly keeps to themselves.
