The Schools are all top rated and nearly within walking distance. The neighborhood is reallly quiet, but most of the neighbors have children - it is a really nice family orientated location - we have been here since 1975 and loved every minute of it. It is a great house - really well built Custom Dividend house with a spectacular floor plan. Entertaining here is a must - the inside and outside flow with one another. The yard is really something to experience, there is an area that can be completely segregated from the remader of the yard by simply closing the gate - that would be the pool area - swimming pool, hot tub and several meeting areas - the largest at the far end of the pool and under the suspended covering. The entire property is sprinkled - and has been recently upgraded. There is an area for the fire pit; areas for those cutting flowers you'll want to grow and use in your new home - there are four raised vegitable gardens - each with its own water sorce.
