We are looking for a Female Roommate only, you must have a car for transportation, there are no buses in this area. We have 15 years experience with having a roommate at our home. This is a 3 bed 2 bath home on a large Lake. Small pets such as turtles/lizards may be acceptable. You have your own room furnished with a bed, mattress, dresser, full length mirror, TV/cable and fast internet cable WiFi connection. You have your own bathroom, Washer/dryer and Bathroom next to your room. You have access to the entire home. We share two refrigerators. Need utensils?...no problem you can use ours. Backyard has a large patio, walk to our community Olympic size pool, tennis & other sports. We speak Spanish & French. The lease must be at least 3 months. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice and deposit is returned, so it can be considered Month to Month. There are no hidden or extra charges...All included. We have more photos at your request. We keep to ourselves and home is quiet except for some music and TV. House is California style, artistically oriented and full of plants.
