It consists of a living room, kitchen with gas stove and fridge, mirrored bedroom and bathroom. There is a very private deck behind the cottage. Water and garbage pick up are paid, PG&E is shared. There are no laundry facilities in the cottage, but there is a very nice laundromat downtown. This is an older cottage, which we think has loads of charm, so if you want modern apartment living this is not for you. We require a years lease and no pets or smokers. Modest and quiet, has a lot of charm.
