The home has a single bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub. The window AC unit in the living room helps keep the house cool in the summer, and there is also an air purifier in the living room powerful enough for the whole house. The house has a large, fully-fenced yard and off-street parking with plenty of space to park cars, vans, or trailers. Dogs are welcome, with pre-approval. No cats. The house is professionally cleaned before your stay to ensure the highest safety measures. For stays longer than 30 nights, monthly cleanings are included. Tenants will be required to sign a month-to-month Oregon renters lease. 30-night minimum lease.
