Open house Sunday October 18 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Background and credit check is required from applicants and costs about $35 through Zillow. You can use the results up to 30 days on all rentals you are applying for. This is a small unit suited best for 1 person. Hawaii law requires at minimum a 6 month lease. Included in $1650/mth rent: electric, water, trash refuse, monthly cleaning, natural gas (drier). Studio has designated Spectrum internet but tenant pays for service. No a/c but there are 2 ceiling fans, consistent tradewinds and tenant can purchase a standing fan if needed. Property is moving towards growing fruits and veggies. If tenant is handy or likes to garden a reduction in rent for services rendered is possible. No smoking, drugs or drama. The main house is shared by owner and another tenant. On July 11, 2024 the property was tented for termites and bugs...this is normal operating procedure for homes in Hawaii every 5 to 7 years.
