Looking for a quiet female to sublet my guest room too. First and last are required. The room is fully furnished with a full bed, dresser, mirror, and carpeted. Must be a quiet person because landlord's bedroom is below. Working professional ideally and someone who does not have a lot of things to move in. Move in date available as early as 4/1. Must be LGBTQ friendly as well as a non-smoker. I am doing Zoom interviews first and then tours for those I am seriously considering. I have a hectic schedule so I don't have a lot of time to just schedule tours for everyone. You will not be on the lease. I am subletting my guest room so all issues will be addressed with me.
