The Winter Park resort is 3 miles down the road, with a convenient LiftWP shuttle pickup in the parking lot of our building all winter long (yellow line). The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has bunk double beds. Two full bathrooms with showers. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffeemaker and dishes. Propane grill on the covered balcony so that you can cookout. Laundry is available on-site in the clubhouse, along with pool and hot tub. Cable, internet and gas are included. Reasonable electric covered up to 250/month. Charges in excess will be passed on to tenant. 5 month lease available 12/1-4/30 for 2800/mo.
