The bedroom includes a king-size bed, wardrobe, nightstands, dresser and quality bedding and linens. PLEASE NOTE: - Maximum occupancy: 2 - All utilities and Wi-Fi included. Please use AC efficiently and do not lower below 74 degrees to avoid a surcharge. - $150 for move-out cleaning. - Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and provide an image of a valid picture ID. - Minimum age requirement to book is 25 years. - No parties or events allowed. - No smoking, vaping, or candles inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside. - No pets allowed. - Parking is available on private driveway (large enough for an RV). Street parking is also available.
