    Cleveland Circle 3bd/2ba Beacon St Brownstone Apt: Includes ALL Utilities, Free laundrey in bldg, Close to T stops C|D, B-line 10 min walk. 1 large bedroom with private bath available. Dec 1 move-in, available in November too if needed. Hello, I'm looking for a mature female to share my apartment in Brookline. The room for rent is unfurnished and is a large bedroom with private bath, large closet, ceiling fan for $1450 monthly. Move-in fees include first/last month & security (1 month's rent). Looking for long-term, 12-month lease. No short-term renters please. Utilities includes: heat (radiator), hot water, and electricity, wifi (wifi is cheap enough that I include it in the rent but the landlord does not). There is free washer/dryer for our private use in the basement. This first floor apartment is located in the 1885 block of Beacon St, near Cleveland Circle/Strathmore Rd, a short walk away from Green Line T (C, D), 86 bus to Harvard Square. B-line is a 10 min walk up Strathmore to Comm Ave. Chestnut Hill Reservoir is down the street and is beautiful for walking. Nearby Cleveland Circle features eateries, Starbucks, Dunkin, CVS and more. Star Market is a 10 min walk or two stops away (C-line). Longwood Medical area is 4 stops from nearby Reservoir Station (D-line). Trader Joe's is a 30-min walk or a quick T ride to Coolidge Corner. Washington Square restaraunts 15 min walk. The apartment was renovated 3 years ago and has a large kitchen w/ dishwasher, renovated half bath w/ shower, a spacious dining and living room, beautiful hardwood floors, large windows, high ceilings. The master bath was recently repainted. There is also a 3-season enclosed porch across a back stairwell that I use for storage and a small room I use for yoga through a set of french doors off the living room. Parking: On-street parking in front of building for 2 hours (rule does not apply on Sundays and public holidays), no overnight parking on street. My former roomate rented a space out back, so that's always an option (spots range from $175-$250). A little about me: I'm a 50-something female. I work full-time for a local university in the special collections unit where I digitize rare books & manuscripts. Into yoga, cooking, reading. I like to spend time at the local farmer's markets, preparing healing soups and stews, and perusing local used book stores. Kind, considerate and looking for the same in a roomate.
