This land IS FOR SALE! Not sure why Zillow says it is not. Land was purchased at auction in 2001. Was considered the "best lot in the area" by our Contractor, so we kept bidding till we owned it. Never built for a series of reasons over time while nearly all other lots were built on. Has the best view of all other lots. A view which will never be developed on and therefore will always be the way it is currently.
