No smoking indoors, but back or front deck is suitable. Renter pays for electricity and propane (fireplace). Owners pay for Wi-fi, water, trash, HOA fees and snow removal. Renter must comply with HOA rules, i.e. no fires outside fire pit, no fireworks. Occupancy restricted to four people. Anyone beyond those listed on lease staying more than three weeks must fill out application, have background check and be included on lease. Small to medium dog considered with $500 pet fee.
