Chances are we won't see each other much. Looking to rent to 1 person only. No access to main house. No washer. Super central - 45 min to the mountains and the beach, 30 min. LA downtown without traffic, walking 10 min. to Murphy Ranch park. Perfect for someone who likes to be outside. More availability to tour on weekends. Utilities included (cap at average usage tbd), small pets allowed but coyotes are a problem to be aware of.
