Available for rent October 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026. The condo may be available sooner depending on bookings so please inquire if interested. Tenant is responsible for rent and electric, the landlord covers the rest of the utilities including internet. Tenant also pays a one-time cleaning fee of $300, which can be added to the final month of the lease. No pets and no smoking please (smoking is subject to minimum fine of $2500, please see website rules for further details).
