Nestled within the peaceful Lakeshore Resort community, this cottage offers beautiful sunrise views, beach access, and a convenient location close to downtown Traverse City. The cottage features a comfortable queen bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living and dining area, and an updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. A covered porch with outdoor seating provides a relaxing space to enjoy the waterfront surroundings. Shared resort amenities and the cottage's location along the bay make Lucky #7 a charming place to settle in and enjoy life along the water. Available for rent October 1, 2026 - May 1st, 2027. The condo may be available sooner depending on bookings so please inquire if interested. Landlord covers heat and electric, Linens and consumables are not provided. Tenant is responsible for the rest of the utilities including internet. Tenant also pays a one-time cleaning fee of $300. No pets and no smoking please (smoking is subject to minimum fine of $2500, please see website rules for further details).
