And there is also tons of street parking as well. We are also up a private driveway which makes it even more private. Property has an amazing garden around the whole house. Which my parents tend to. They are regularly walking around the property maintaining their Garden of Eden :D A Cuban and Argentinian. We have trees Avocado, Mango, Lychee, Papaya, Fig, Guava, Lemon, orchids everywhere, and plenty of herbs and veggies. A wonderful Hot Tub and BBQ. Our side patio with the view. $1200 room is slightly bigger, bigger closet, and two windows with a ceiling fan. Furnished with a Queen size bed, shelving, dresser, and desk. $1100 room has one window but comes with A/C (if A/C is desired to be removed, can do), ceiling fan, and will also have a queen bed with a dresser. If rooms are not desired furnished I can easily remove everything. You also have access to use our washer and dryer. Absolutely no pets And not looking to turn into a party house, I'm all about get togethers tho ;) We are a very easy going family looking for likeminded people.
