House is located on a walk street, one building from the strand close to Pier Ave in Hermosa Beach and has a great front patio that I'm in the process of decorating! There's an outdoor shower with good amount of room for bike storage on the side of the house. Good sized kitchen with updated appliances. In house washer and dryer in good sized laundry room. Storage available in attic, garage, 3rd bedroom if needed. The pictures do not do this place justice! The third bedroom will remain unoccupied. It is currently being utilized as a gym but could be turned into another home office or guest bedroom. Parking in garage available as well as in front of garage if needed for guests. Parking passes are also available with the city with proof of residency. I am a 40 year old female with a great job at an aerospace company. I work from home and have two fantastic and friendly dogs who would love an extra set of hands to pet them! I am social and like to go to concerts, hang on the beach, go for daily walks on the strand but also love just relaxing at home. I'm clean and friendly and looking for someone similar.
