Basildon subdivision is a very attractive area, near Bella Vista amenities. It's also near the highway and several main thoroughfares through Bella Vista. Bella Vista has a few business areas, i.e. grocery stores, hair salons, banks, etc. However, it is basically a residential community, with many churches and recreational areas - golf courses, club houses, clubs of every type, etc. It's located at the edge of the Ozarks, has a hilly terrain, with resulting curves in its street system, and lots of trees. It's a beautiful area, providing numerous activity outlets.
