We have a 2 bedroom apartment available for rent. Bathroom has been remodeled so the picture is a bit outdated. Walls are more beige/white color right now. There will be full access to the entire backyard (not shared). The apartment is in a very convenient location near subway stations (D line), B1/B3 bus stops, banks, groceries, restaurants, laundromat, etc. Rent will be at $1,600 plus 2 months security deposit. 3 month's total will be required. The 2 additional months security deposit will be completely returned to you as long as there is no damage to the apartment. We do not allow any pets in the apartment nor smoking inside the house or anywhere near the apartment. If this is violated, we will take it out of the security deposit.
