This fully furnished two-level house is mere feet from the crystal-clear water and has just about everything you could ask for. Donnell Pond spans over 1,100 acres and is perfect for kayaking, hiking, ice-fishing, or use as inspiration for your next book or work presentation. Lots of windows and natural sunny daylight, clean, spacious, and beautiful. The house is just 12 miles to Ellsworth and a 45-minute drive to Bangor, and Acadia National Park (Mount Desert Island). Monthly rent is $1,950 and includes high-speed internet, propane/heat, and electricity. Rent includes a combined propane and electricity allowance of $500 per month, averaged over the full lease term. Tenants are responsible for any usage above the total allowance and for trash removal. Copies of all utility bills will be provided. The home is available from October 12 through April 9, with flexible lease terms of two to six months and a two-month minimum stay. An extension into May may also be possible. Pets may be considered with prior approval. Prospective tenants must provide references, complete a Zillow application and background check, and sign a lease. The final month's rent is due at lease signing.
