Donnell Pond spans over 1,100 acres and is perfect for kayaking, hiking, ice-fishing, or use as inspiration for your next book or work presentation. Lots of windows and natural sunny daylight, clean, spacious, and beautiful. The house is just 12 miles to Ellsworth and a 45-minute drive to Bangor, and Acadia National Park (Mount Desert Island). This home is $1600 a month and includes the Internet. Tenants will be responsible for propane/heat, electricity, and trash. Interested tenants must sign the lease for 6 months (available October 1 to April, 2025), have references, and fill out the Zillow application and background check.
