It is similar in size, quality and views. It sold in June, 2014. The asking price was $3,650,000. A new home under construction is 1131 Las Alturas, listed at $4,500,000. It is in escrow. It is 5000 square feet and of comparable quality and views. There is a home at 45 Las Alturas Circle listed at $2,495,000. It is 3144 square feet, over 20 years older and of much lesser quality. 19 Camino Verde has panoramic views of the ocean and mountains and sits in a very private location at the end of a cul de sac.
