No laundry, but laundromat easy walk across the street. Rent is $700 per month for 1 person and $800 for 2 people. Security deposit and background check ( $35.00 application fee). Owner pays trash,water,sewage. Tenants pay heat and hot water. It's electric heat and hot water but it's reasonable. I've been told by current tenant that it is approximately $100 per month in cold weather and less in warm weather.
