Here's want the current renters have to say: June 17th, 2020 21 Elliot Terrace is an amazing apartment! My roommates and I (4 young women working and or attending graduate school in the area) have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past 2 years. The apartment is huge - 2 floors, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, and porch, plus ample storage space between the multiple common area closets, attic, and basement. It's also beautiful with a recently renovated full bathroom and kitchen, hardwood floors throughout, and tons of direct sunlight! There's a walking / biking path right behind the apartment which was perfect for taking our dog for walks, and right on the other side of the path is Needham St. which has a bunch of great shops (for reference - Stop & Shop is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment). The neighborhood is very cute and quaint, but close to major highways like 95 and the Mass Pike. The landlords are super nice and helpful - any time we've had a question or request they respond and resolve the issue very quickly and in general it's been a complete pleasure working with them!
