Very clean! Cozy 3rd floor apartment. Which is the top floor of the house. That's good in my opinion because I've never gotten a noise complaint from below. They always come from people above your apartment. I am only accepting applications from responsible and clean people who don't have any negative reporting in their history. That goes for credit and criminal. The total monthly income must equal or exceed $4000. That's 3x the rent.
