Rent is $1,375 per month and does not include apartment utilities. All utilities are electric and average $140 per month with NYSEG. Trash removal is included and residents are responsible for any cable or internet costs. We require a 12 month lease, along with references, a security deposit and first month's rent. One cat is considered, with an additional (refundable) deposit of $300. We cannot allow dogs at this location. Smoking is also not permitted and the unit is not furnished.
