I've made many upgrades to this place while I lived here. Tile floors in the bathrooms. Laminate floors in most other places, new carpet in the bedrooms. High efficiency furnace in 2011. New hot water heater in 2018. New air conditioner in 2019. The back yard is huge. The neighborhood is quiet and isolated from through traffic.
