The Leisure Bay community is conveniently located near shopping destinations such as the Destin Commons the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and countless other stores. The home includes 5 large flat-screen TV's with HBO Cinemax and Showtime available in the living room and loft. Additional features include a Nest Learning-Thermostat to keep everyone comfortable a smart-lock to intelligently grant all guests access without the hassle of keeping up with keys high-speed Google Wi-Fi internet a Nintendo Wii and tons of board games in the loft area. Also included are beach toys a beach umbrella beach chairs and wagons to carry items to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and there is plenty of room in the dining area.
