Myrtle street is located in a very nice neighborhood close to the down town area of Somersworth. There is ample parking for all tenants of the building. We do have the parking lot plowed each snow storm however; you are just responsible for your area when the weather is inclement. We are looking for a non-smoker at this location, with no pets preferred. This company will require a one year signed lease. After the duration of the lease, the terms will be on a month to month basis. Before moving in, we request that the first month of rent & security deposit of equal value be paid. Our company runs everything through an app where it is beneficial to both parties and holds all important information regarding rental status, balances owed and all other paperwork required. We will check all references listed on your rental application as well as run a credit check prior to approval.
