This is a newly remodeled and completely rehabbed unit with a new kitchen, bath, flooring, and lighting. We do not have set requirements for our application screening. Each application is reviewed on a case by case basis, good to excellent credit is strongly preferred. We would ideally like to see 3 times the amount of rent for income. We cannot accept any felonies, on background checks, no exceptions. Any lease term shorter than 1 year will have a short-term premium added & is subject to managers approval & availability.
