Defiance park with 720 acres of forest, playgrounds and beautiful gardens. You will see whales during migration, the seals, eagles, egrets, seagulls... so much wild life. There is a private hot tub for 2, gas grill and a kayak for your use. At low tide walk to the seal rookery and to Owens beach then have happy hour at Anthonys Seafood restaurant. The entrance is gated and parking is on top of the hill with a 212 step staircase to a quiet and private life. The home is fully furnished with a full kitchen including pots/plates/appliances. This has everything similar to a vacation rental. The owner can also vacate any unneeded items. This is a winter and early spring rental. Dates are negotiable, if you need to move in earlier or later. Tacoma is 45 miles south of Seattle. There are 2 buses that run close to the home and 1 mile from the ferry to Vashon Island. Mt. Rainier is an hour east, Portland is 2 hours south. Within a 100 mile radius you can find any sport location and nature opportunity. Owner pays water and sewer, electric and internet. 1 pet with good house training is accepted. Full month first in advance with damage deposit of $1500 (refundable). Any repairs under $100 is renters responsibility and above to be approved. Owner may extend rental time after 6 months if needed.
