This brand new, modern two-story house is located in the heart of San Jose and is perfect for anyone looking to rent a private suite in a shared house. The house features 8 spacious bedrooms and each bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, closet, workstation, LVP flooring and private bathroom with showers. The shared common area features a full kitchen with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area that and living room with couches and TV. High speed internet and all utilities are included! Enjoy staying so close to everything as well as having on site parking. This property is also great for professionals who work downtown or want to be close by when they're not working. Security cameras are installed throughout the house as well as high speed internet access so you can stay connected while away from home! Backyard also includes patio furniture for enjoying your morning coffee and make friends in the California sun! LEASE DURATION: 01 month to 24 months MONTHLY RENT FEE: $1,700, including utilities, extra blankets and room prep cleaning before your stay. SOME ADD-ON SERVICES 1. Early check-in: If you need to check in early, please message us first. A $25 fee may apply, depending on how earlier you are asking. 2. Reserved parking: Reserved spots with a registered license number are paid exclusively at $50 per week or $100 per month. On-site parking is not guaranteed, but free street parking is available. Please do not park in reserved spots, either on the premises or in neighboring spots. 3. 01 registered guest: $15 per night. We require a copy of an ID picture for all guests. 4. Full room cleaning and linen, towel exchange: $50 per time. Linen exchange only: $35 per time. Towel exchange only: $35 per time. Room cleaning only: $35 per time. We do not provide maid service. A cleaner maintains the common areas (living room, kitchen), but you're expected to clean up after yourself. 5. Mini-fridge rental: $50 per week or $100 per month. We already have a fridge you can share in the kitchen. 6. Firm mattress topper rental: $50 per stay. 7. Laundry: $3.75 per wash and $1.25 for 45 minutes of drying, payable by coin or app. The shared laundry is in the building next-door - 25A. Your room code will unlock the door. For security, there's a camera, so please close the door securely. EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS We have security cameras at the front door, back entrances, and other buildings. These cameras have sound and are clearly visible outside the home. They are active during your stay for everyone's safety and comfort. There is no camera inside the house. SHARED KITCHEN The kitchen is a shared space, so please use it respectfully. You're welcome to prepare simple meals, but avoid frying or cooking foods with strong odors, as what smells good to you may not to others. Clean up immediately after cooking no soaking dishes or leaving messes behind. If this rule is violated, your kitchen privileges may be revoked. Please do not throw food scraps in the kitchen trash, as it attracts pests. Use the outdoor bins for food waste. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION The house is literally a 1 minute walk to a city bus line that runs on Santa Clara Street. BIKES We allow bike storage in the garage of 25A - the house next to your house. STANDARD OF BEHAVIOR Just a heads-up before booking: To ensure a pleasant stay for all, we have a set of house rules that we take seriously. While we can't guarantee everyone will follow them, we do reserve the right to cancel bookings for violations.
