Rental includes your own bedroom and full use of the shared spaces of the home. The home was completely renovated less than a year ago and I keep it neat and clean. Looking for a responsible and respectful roommate and I would reciprocate that behavior. Rent is hundred dollars per month plus sharing the cost of utilities: electric, water, internet and trash which averages one hundred twenty- hundred fifty per person (2 of us). You would need to only furnish your bedroom furnishings. I look forward to hearing from people with serious interest. No smoking inside, no pets allowed as I already have a dog that isn't used to other animals, people love her though and she's very friendly and low maintenance.
