    This home could be a serious "WOW" house. Although the street is a well maintained cul-de-sac I did notice some duplexes scattered amongst the single family homes. This house also backs to Seminole Woods Pkwy which can get busy at times. The back yard needs some cleaning up and if it were my home I would extend the fence in back for additional privacy. Slider to the lanai is shattered - will need to be replaced. Although most of the home is beautifully tiled, I would want to replace the carpet in the bedrooms and do some repainting as the kids got a little carried away with crayons on the walls.
